When the 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony occurred last August, Cher and Bob Mackie fans were treated to an absolutely stunning Zendaya walking the red carpet in full Cher mode.
The actor inducted Cher that evening and did not disappoint in channeling the iconic star. Wearing an archive 2001 Bob Mackie golden couture dress similar to Bob Mackie designs Cher was known to wear in the 70s, Zendaya lit up the stage. And, she didn’t stop at the dress. She also sported long, straight hair parted in the middle as a nod to Cher’s favored hairstyles of the decade.
The shimmery homage is the fashion brainchild of Zendaya’s longtime collaborator and stylist Law Roach, and we wouldn’t expect anything less from the dynamic duo.
